Eventify Creative has become synonymous with events in spaces that require high logistics. Spaces that are difficult to get into and are potentially hazardous due to still being under construction. Working off past experience and an understanding of both the project and the client joint venture, Eventify Creative has successfully delivered such projects as a two night event inside the newly built Lane Cove Tunnel, the Launch of the Rouse Hill Town Centre, the Castlehill Cross Cavern Tunnel and most recently the completion of the newly built Barangaroo Cross Cavern Tunnel.
Bump in was using 20-50 tonne cranes, large franna’s, forklifts, knuckle booms and scissor lifts. All part of the technical landscape and done in conjunction with onsite crews to ensure best practice WH&S is adhered to at all times.
The Lane Cove Tunnel black tie Gala Dinner charity event raised over $1 million for the nominated charity. This was a three course sit down dinner for VIP's, politicians and industry leaders. The second night was a stand up themed cocktail party with interactive entertainment and multiple food stations for staff and contractors who worked on this amazing project.
For the Rouse Hill project, an empty field was transformed into a sophisticated space for media and politicians. Delivering stylish canapes and drinks, the temporary space was designed and built for local and state political figures to engage with local leaders and the media.
The 2021 Barangaroo Cross Cavern events were particularly difficult with all equipment needing to be lowered 25 metres below street level and then constructed underground, all during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Not only were strict WH&S and NSW Best Practice in place, but all COVCID-19 regulations and rules were set up and adhered to in both the pre planning, build and activation stages, to ensure all staff, guests and crew were COVID and Work safe at all times.
Every event has different needs. Each space also has it's own unique limitations including loading equipment into the various event spaces and the fact that most of the spaces are still zoned a construction zone at the time of the event.
Strict WH&S policies are put into place to ensure paramount safety at all times for guests and onsite suppliers. Eventify Creative worked closely with onsite client staff and crews to ensure everything was best practice and in line with Work Cover guidelines at all times and ensuring that during the events.
Each event space was transformed! A plain field, to a high end media event, a cross city tunnel into a glamorous Gala Dinner, a train tunnel into a sophisticated Gala Dinner followed by a sensational staff dinner. Each time, Eventify Creative was able to create and change reality in a space not designed for events!
